hi, I have a question regarding musicbrainz
2016-08-25 23834, 2016
arcctgx
is there a way to assign existing cover art to a different release?
2016-08-25 23851, 2016
arcctgx
other than removing it from one release, and adding it to another one?
2016-08-25 23828, 2016
arcctgx
example: https://musicbrainz.org/release/f7e745c5-69b6-37b… this is the UK release of this single, and it has the artwork of both the UK and German release. I'd like to assign the last two images to the German release, which currently doesn't have any artwork.

Leo_Verto: yeah, I still don't really want to do it at the weekend though

arcctgx: there's currently no way other than downloading the original images and re-uploading them on the other release
2016-08-25 23849, 2016
arcctgx
kepstin: all right, so I'm going to do it like that

thanks :)

Freso: i'm preparing the migration of Discourse from DWNI to GCloud, i just did a test of restoration, it seems ok, i need to fix few things though, mostly email related

zas
the process will be: set current Discourse RO, make a full backup, upload it to S3, download the backup on the VM, restore it, switch DNS, the whole process should be under 30 minutes (mostly because restoration is slow, almost 700Mb of data), dns ttl was already reduced to few mins

zas
the new installation is using dockerized nginx reverse proxy with letsencrypt companion, and official discourse docker image, using multi containers setup

Okay, so let's say that working on my "to do" list is actual work, and not work-avoidance-behavior.

One of the things I really want to put together is a strong "how to get started" for prospective contributors. But even better than having an MeB-specific doc would be linkng to a good general-purpose one. Anybody have a favorite "how to get started in open source" link (off the top of your head)?
2016-08-25 23819, 2016
CallerNo6 looks at https://guides.github.com/activities/contributing-to-open-source/ which is a little more high-altitude than I had in mind.

I'm happy with writing queries, but the tar file just won't 'restore'.
