we send data to both search servers at the same time, but reload indexes with a delay, i think it would be even better to delay the sending (index -> send to 1/reload -> delay -> send to 2/reload vs index -> send to 1 & 2 -> reload 1 -> delay -> reload 2). That said the behavior looks quite normal to me, but indexes rotation is still an heavy process, huge

network traffic on send and cpu usage on reload.

that is a major change, since indexes get pulled, not pushed.

how do search servers sync ? based on time ?

the poll every 30s if there is a new data set.

if so, pull it.

No. Packets 93515 to 93519 also went missing and haven’t been restored (and it’s not worth the trouble).
