Also, not fully clear on the symptoms you're getting. Is it appearing to log in correctly, but failing once you try to use the auth? No errors on the browser console or from node?

Leftmost: Wasn't getting any errors initially. Began seeing some messages on the server after I reset the db

yvanz: Regarding MBS-8114, this needs some discussion on the approach. Currently, relationship sorting is completely agnostic to the entities involved, and IMO that is a good thing.

LordSput1, on second thought, is linking even still supported? We don't have any way to log in anymore except through MB, so presumably that's a dead code path.

Arthelon: yup, staying with my parents for 10 days, so I've just got my laptop. Seeing some issues with dependencies not working properly and the site not rendering. Could be because this has Node 4.x on though... :P
