the account should be ready, but we can't withdraw a lot of money until we submit a mountain of paperwork.

Gentlecat is working on the site to enable EUR payments now.

and 7d should *never* pay USD or use paypal. the paypal fees are too high.

we should work with them to translate the future invoices to be in EUR.

it should be done in a couple of days unless there are issues

Yes - I can c&p it. I thought it would be better to think it out ahead of time.

No - it doesn't really need review as such - just thought it might be more time efficient to send it out ahead of time. Not sure it is formal enough to be a "paper" (as I have a feeling there is some sort of process for those).

might as well paste a gist here. I think Freso will be traveling and if so, the reo or I will run the meeting, but that haven't sorted all that out yet. paste and whoever gets stuck running the meeting will have to deal with it. :)

More than a gist but still an overview rather than a detailed technical proposal - c. 700 words (so about a page or page and a half if printed).

Sophist-UK: if it's a large document, then I'd be careful about what kind of feedback you want in the meeting - if it's too long, people won't have enough time to read it and form an opinion

maybe it's better to attach it to one of the tickets and give people a week to read it and give feedback
