I could use a second set of eyes for this pika flask problem.
ruaok: seems to me that ideally that dict should contain an entry for each channel in the queue, but yeah it could throw a KeyError if the code has a bug, I guess

we're getting Pika channel is too old, recycling channel <flask_pika.PrePopulationChannel object at 0x7f33c7adc358> and replacing it with <pika.adapters.blocking_connection.BlockingChannel object at 0x7f33c306d940> for each request.
