CatQuest: No. It's will always be 19:00 central European time, which is either UTC+0100 (now, 18:00 UTC) or UTC+0200 (next week, 17:00 UTC).

well my one suggestion is to ignore winter/summer time and just pick one (a beneficial one for our indians :D)

CatQuest: That would still require us to change meeting time relative to rest of society for most of us twice a year.

Also, 19:00 CET may always be 18:00 UTC in a few years anyway, depending on what EU decrees.

This week, I sent in https://github.com/metabrainz/critiquebrainz/pu... to add avg_ratings table and the rating column in revision to the dumps. Thanks to iliekcomputers for fixing the cron job in prod. Also, sample-musicbrainz dumps (`mbdump-sample.tar.xz`) can also be used with the review dumps with no errors.

and on the way I made a handful of other small bugfixes to LB
