Chinmay3199: That's right: part of the task is to modify the existing identifier type for IMDB in the database so that it applies to Work entities instead of Editions.

As for VIAF, in this case it is correct: it should apply to the Work. As you saw there isn't currently an identifier type for VIAF for Works, so that'll need to be created I would have to check but I don't think they can apply to a specific edition.
