In off-topic news, I've now regenerated a census of all the (public) items on the Internet Archive. The resulting file is 34 gigabytes in size.

I would imagine screenshots would require more storage than that.

opatel99: census === basic metadata (including md5 hash) of each file in each item.

also, hopefully to mirror the list of hashes widely, to prevent surriptious changing of the content
