        Ok, so my translation of that is that the servers are at capacity, personal rate limit can be adjusted for the duration of upgrade (~2h) if required but the problem is that we are hitting a global rate limit which is non-negotiable. No amount of additional resources would elevate the problem for the duration of the upgrade. Right?
