a few weeks ago I started working on bigquey support in acousticbrainz

I now have a rough sketch to upload data to bigquery, and we can run cool queries and get some neat graphs from the data

(People remaining: Freso ruaok-via-Freso bitmap zas reosarevok CatQuest? Leo_Verto? Leftmost? LordSputnik? chirlu?)

some more work to finalise the code, then I want to get the whole database up and ping people to try and query it and see if it does what they want

we'll see how that goes

I worked on generating those two missing replication packets for most of the week

which also wouldn't have happened without chirlu's help

I worked on a stat script, which parses nginx logs and inject metrics in influxdb

almost finished, i hope to put it in prod tomorrow

it will help us to measure performance, and improve thingds

apart that, nothing more than usual supervision

i also prepared few changes we need to do on current platform

because performance on web servers is quite bad atm

As was already mentioned, I gave some creative input to the replication packet recreation business.

I went to my girlfriend's (Sweden) on Wednesday, and then to Copenhagen for a battle and Christmas dance thing on Sat/Sun.

I've done a little bit of GCI'ing, but mostly been keeping up with IRC and forums.

I'll be going to Copenhagen Thursday and my girlfriend and I will both go to BCN early(!) Saturday.

Most of what I did this week was adding more GCI tickets

Got in one for translating our static content and finished up the documentation of code ones

I'm aiming to have 1/2 of all GCI tasks be BookBrainz tasks - at the moment I'm about 5 behind that

CatQuest, native English speakers are less likely to know a foreign language (almost unthinkable in most of the EU :P)
