There were some additions to the code and some of removals for bug fixes

I am doing a rebase and converting the conflicts with for now. Then will try running it and see if there are anymore changes required

bitmap: been trying to port to qt5, there have been a lot of changes in code that still include qtgui, so its not just the conflicting files that are a problem, I think Ill have to go through all the modified files

ruaok: ipi's have 9 numbers, and sometimes 11 numbers (if 00 is prepended). sometimes there are exceptions. I'd like to find out why.

samj1912: it might already be covered by the \b_translate regex, but it's worth checking

Aren't IPIs just incremented everytime they add a new entry?

if the generated files aren't using _() for translated strings, you know it's broken
