Yep. It would certainly be good if Picard devs used the "context" string bit more, but that's not going to happen for 1.4 (due to string freeze).

CatQuest: Glossaries are made and maintained by the language translation team. You have to add entries to it yourself.

Quesito: This is very typical and very common. Instead of every single C# program writing their own functions to do calls to the MB ws, someone wrote a library to do this that everyone else can then implement.

i got this error too, when i tried to write unicode characters

my solution was to let the codecs module handle any of this.
