mayhem: No one besides Wikimedia Commons, although others were planned, such as Flickr (MBS-6756).
Basically, an artist adding her stuff to MB proposed something CAA like for artist photos, since not all artists are WP:Notable enough to upload images to WM Commons.

tl;dr: we add creation of artist, albums and track pages to the project, I start work on the backend stuff for bigquery data retrieval as soon as possible, and when that gets done, I start with user graphs. Hopefully this gets done before the summer, and then I start with artist pages etc in the summer.
