CatQuest, "To add data for specific data" should be "To add data for specific artists", that's why it's so strange :P
2017-03-20 07937, 2017
Leo_Verto
and "First hand information" is supposed to mean you know the artist personally
2017-03-20 07955, 2017
Leo_Verto
a bit redundant considering the other question

CatQuest: I probably could, putting in enough time and effort. However, I felt that time and effort was going to be put to better use on the preparing the actual presentation.

an alot presentation? :P

I don't do a lot of graphical editing, so learning how to do things to make the alot would have taken probably more than ⅔ of the time for making it.

anyway maybe it's english contra norwegian being weird "I got my girlfriend to make me one" contra "I asked my girlfriend to make me one" :/

nupurbaghel: will you do the forward button in the dataset editor, or do you want me to review the PR as it currently is?
2017-03-20 07907, 2017

actually i implemented the back button using push state and pop state methods, but i dont currently have an idea on how to implement forward button.

that is before transforming it. Does that work fine or we will be using it else where?
2017-03-20 07901, 2017
alastairp
the way that you called it for now is fine - we can make it more generic as we add more transforms
2017-03-20 07932, 2017

all right.

also regarding normalise function , we can convert it into a 2-d array and call sklearns normalise function directly right?

ruaok: re LB-140, the problem seems to be in our influx client, the listen that is causing has track_name '/___\', each error in the log that you sent me has parsing errors and starts with that listen.
ruaok: I've looked at the influx client code and our version (3.0.0) doesn't escape \ correctly leading to parsing errors. Upgrading to influx 4.0.0 fixes the problem. I looked at the code and they encode and decode into utf-8 themselves, so I don't think it's a problem right now. Sending listens with unicode characters works correctly but sending a listen with track_name '/___\' doesn't.
Btw, instead of putting that update_metadata_images in Metadata, it would probably be better to put it in the new ImageList class (also as a static method)

samj1912
we can just call it with obj and sources then?

I don't like checking for the type that much, so that's why I didn't suggest that
