Wooo, roaming fees in the EU are going away June 15. Calls everywhere are a max 3.2 cents and SMS max 1 cent. data is capped at max €7.70GB, which is quite cheap and goes down to €2.50 in 2022.

bitmap: There is nothing in the XML for work-is-part-of-work relationship which says how many parts are in the higher-level work. So, when MBS WS generates XML for these relationships i.e. type="parts", then next to the ordering-key tag we need a total-keys tag so we can say it is "part 3 of 5".

Where work-x is part of work-y and work-y is part of work-z, XML only includes the relationship for work-x is part of work-y, however I am not suggesting that we include the nested relationship because of performance issues. But it would be nice to have a /ws/2/work/mbid?inc-all-parts which gives the whole iterative set of relationships for when a plugin makes further calls to get the
