        bitmap: There is nothing in the XML for work-is-part-of-work relationship which says how many parts are in the higher-level work. So, when MBS WS generates XML for these relationships i.e. type="parts", then next to the ordering-key tag we need a total-keys tag so we can say it is "part 3 of 5".
