bitmap: ping me when online, i had to stop most containers on williams, i did a quick inspection of docker logs but i'm not sure what's wrong at all. Issue started around 9:05 UTC, until the server became totally unresponsive around 10:20, i had to reboot in rescue mode to disable docker, because the autorestart of containers was leading to the same issue,

samj1912: Anyway. I think we should talk with luks about the AcoustID related icons, but I also like the idea of a "generic" fingerprint icon, in case we'll want to switch to some other than AcoustID at some point.

why do spammers even do that. I mean for products and stuff, it's not like *any* I know of would actually buy anything that's been spammed to people. the companies/products wouldn't pay people to do it, because they'd lose all credibility

that update indexes from replication stream code, never worked right. we abandoned it and it is not supported.

right now you have no choice to but to rebuild the indexes each time.

generating datasets from musicbrainz metadata is hard
2017-05-11 13116, 2017
alastairp
because the data has so much higher quality
2017-05-11 13105, 2017
alastairp
all of the "normal things" that you do when building the dataset don't work because of things like mbid redirects, and compilations, and recordings appearing on compilation albums, and artist credits, and artist aliases
