Hebrew localization of picard/countries resource is 100% complete, the new coordinator for this language is pretty active and currently translating attributes too. That would be nice to include Hebrew in the next (beta?) release.

LordSputnik: Seeding data per query while testing is a lot of unneeded work. It's pretty tough job too, as a single query might be affecting a number of tables simultaneously (with a lot of foreign key constraints in other tables not directly being affected).
