In CB, we had npm-shrinkwrap so I ran `npm shrinkwrap` to explicitly convert it. :P

None of it is very relevant for LB anyway

NPM automatically genertes a package-lock.json by default start NPM v.something-something

In theory there shouldn't be a need to run npm shrinkwrap, it does it automatically

so do you prefer package-lock.json or shrinkwrap?

i guess, if it generates package-lock.json by default, we should just use package-lock, if the semantics don't matter much here.
