bitmap: FWIW, I downgraded pgsql, ran the SQL blurb, upgraded again, and now pg_upgrade ran smoothly. :) Do I need to re-do the SQL bit before every upgrade, or is that one time enough and it should carry over to future major version upgrades now too?
