given how things are going in spain, spain wont be added to the list soon.

I think we would have gotten to building validation once we turned to the API endpoint, as you mentioned, but let's set that up now and have a more robust functionality that you can then reuse for the API knowing it's been tested.

iliekcomputers: Following your suggestions I added to PR #943 a loader (with an transparency effect) and scroll to top of the listens table when navigating from page to page.

When the whole timescale changeover is finished I'll rebase on master and it should be ready to merge after that..
