yvanzo,I don't understand it. It only took me 397 minutes to do a complete reindex. It's taken almost 24 hours to live index a days worth of replication data and I still don't think it's going to finish.

I have been able to figure out and fix some issues. 1) Increasing sleep time for 2s to 15s fixes some tests. 2) Some tests probably are broken because they were not updated with schema changes.

3) The current Solr codebase does need some changes to work with Java 11 because it does use JAXB (see MBXMLWriter).
