I have all the containers, but when I query the "musicbrainz-docker_db_1" container with the musicbrainz_db in it, I don't see any data when I query the artist table. I have a hunch that there is a data dump located somewhere in docker to import in, just not sure where to look

I note that searching for Schola Cantorum Reykjavicensis returns Schola Cantorum Reykjavik at no 14, below a lot of less similar results (eg Schola Cantorum Amsterdam, Yale Schola Cantorum), etc etc. Is it me, or has the logic behind search changed? I would expect Schola Cantorum Reykjavik would score much higher? :)"

The search query results ordering and matching is done automatically by Solr Server and its version has not been updated for a year. I don't think its a bug at least not a new one.

We released to beta last night, but did you release anything to prod after I left, yvanzo, bitmap?

      • reosarevok
If not, then this should be something else, I guess. Unless it's connected to a SOLR release?

      • reosarevok
That would be something both beta and prod would hit in the same way

zas: ruaok: I deployed the recording_first_release_date schema changes for beta last night, so I'm guessing the 504s are related to that

it looks like it might be causing a degradation in track insert performance in prod, which is unfortunate. we might have to back those out for now

      • ruaok
hmm, ok. the 504s maybe specific to a function or something like that. there are not that many more and they happened during the day today.

that wouldn't be related to the pgbouncer issues, would it?
