The sentry mail, I think it is because of the mapping, the user's tracks didn't turn up at all! But it's worth checking what exactly the reason is, I have seen this errors for some users a few days back too, will check sonnish

Is it normal to still see old listens that I've deleted more than two weeks ago in the LB reports sections? Is there a specific timespan for reports update or are they computed once and that's all?
