MBBE-38: Edit existing Recochoku URLs to use HTTPS

BrainzGit
[musicbrainz-server] reosarevok opened pull request #1925 (master…MBS-9095): MBS-9095 / MBS-10557: Add Recochoku and mora links to the sidebar and normalize Recochoku to HTTPS https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-server/…
MBS-10548: Edit search: "voter is not X" still shows results where X voted
2021-02-19 05057, 2021
reosarevok
It's just a confusing way to design the search, but the idea there is that there is a voter other than that user that voted X, and the way to find stuff where that user hasn't voted is "voter is user X and voted No vote"?

I agree with that, logically it's correct but I think confusingly worded. maybe we can improve that

So it's an issue with the filter in general, not this report :)

Wait

Lotheric: I don't think it's a bug
2021-02-19 05030, 2021
Lotheric
seems ok elsewhere
2021-02-19 05031, 2021
reosarevok
Check if you're subscribed to the *label* those releases are in
2021-02-19 05030, 2021
reosarevok
That was the case with my weird results here at least
2021-02-19 05045, 2021
reosarevok
If that's not it I'll look more :D
2021-02-19 05053, 2021
Lotheric
ding ding ding, winner winner chicken dinner!
2021-02-19 05055, 2021
Lotheric
that's it
2021-02-19 05008, 2021
reosarevok
Ok, then that's not a bug, and it's true for all release-based reports
2021-02-19 05014, 2021
reosarevok
I'll close as invalid :)
2021-02-19 05020, 2021
Lotheric
yup ok
2021-02-19 05031, 2021
Lotheric
didn't think about that since there's no label column
2021-02-19 05052, 2021
reosarevok
Tbh neither did I, until I checked the code
2021-02-19 05016, 2021

"Show only results that are in my subscribed entities." could use some specifying
2021-02-19 05007, 2021
Lotheric
it would be nice to have some options (entities to choose)
2021-02-19 05011, 2021
reosarevok
Problem is the component doesn't even know what report it is filtering :)
2021-02-19 05022, 2021
reosarevok
Oh, it would, but that means rewriting the whole system :D
2021-02-19 05032, 2021
Lotheric
good gsoc project?
2021-02-19 05033, 2021
Lotheric
:)

reosarevok
So for now being more clear might be the best quick fix at least
2021-02-19 05031, 2021
reosarevok
Hmm. I'm not sure how to do even that
2021-02-19 05053, 2021
reosarevok
Because the release ones show label and artist subs, but RG only artist, label (unsurprisingly) only label, series only series...
2021-02-19 05004, 2021
reosarevok
(actually release could check if it's in a series you subscribe to...)
2021-02-19 05010, 2021
reosarevok
(doesn't at the moment, but)
2021-02-19 05009, 2021
reosarevok
That might make it even more confusing, of course :p

Spark master and workers offer a webui for monitoring standalone clusters out of the box, it would be interesting to see how far back can we view and what metrics are available.

Cyna[m]: you should probably look at Listenbrainz, it's written in Python and there's more scope for data visualization, recommendations etc.
