I've told Google to ping me 15 minutes before meeting start.

gcilou: The calendar is in UTC. Use the "+ Google Calendar" in the bottom-right corner to import it into your personal G calendar.

chrisskye: If you add the calendar to your own Google Calendar, you can sync it with your phone's calendar and you can get alerts even if you don't currently have data.

(Won't help if you completely shut down the phone, of course.)

I mean, I think it would be good for the community to see both the thoughts you have come up with regarding "BrainzRabbit" but also the thoughts ruaok has had.

And then they can say which direction of the two they prefer, a combination, or something completely third.

I thing we need to have some dynamic user help on the site. You know, some animated icon that says things like "It looks like you're trying to mess up an add-release edit. Want some help with that?". I call it ClipBrainz.

If you're going much quicker than 30 seconds a slide it might be too fast - I tend to aim for around a minute with 3 or 4 bullet points of info

gcilou: I think you're cramping in too many things you want to tell. Once you think you're about done with the notes, try and do the presentation to one or both of your parents (or in school or whatever) and have someone in the audience time how long the presentation is.

I think my idea meshes that a bit more with a support model. I call it a Valet...where you can get help...but you have to “tip”. So..we ask for donations in return for support.

QuoraUK: OK, so, a Promise is a JavaScript object which "resolves" to a value. That means that you hold onto it until it's done with whatever it's doing asynchronously, and then when it's done, you can have it run a callback and do some other stuff. To pass this callback to the Promise, you use the ".then" method
