I dunno. As I said, my goal eventually would be for most auto-selectable websites to have their own relationship
Just because it would make it much easier for data users for example to just ask for a spotify link, not get all streaming ones and then see if any is spotify, for example

Oh right, that would then be terrible for data users to just ask for a streaming links.

it should be hierical(?) then, so that all these wher under "streaming" ?
Hi everyone, I wanted to know about benefits of configuring MusicBrainz server from scratch instead of using pre configured virtual machine

sid1721: well depends what you want to do. if you wanna develop it won't hurt to know how to set it up in the first place :P

I have another question, when I get my doubt solved should I thank the person or not? I read guidelines and code of conduct as well but I was not able to get a clear idea about it.
SothoTalKer
up to you i guess :)

sid1721 (cc reosarevok): better configure it from scratch for now, except if you are familiar with Docker already.
reosarevok
sid1721: in IRC it's always fine to thank people directly. In MusicBrainz itself for example I don't do it all the time because it'd send people an email and it can get annoying to get too many emails even if they're nice :)

1. The VM is not up-to-date and is not suitable for development.
yvanzo: I'm adding stuff to tiburón abuela already, we should aim at looking through as many things in papá as possible and if anything just needs to wait because of it being stuck behind something else, we can just take it off milestones for now :)
I'm around all day tomorrow if you want to go through PRs or whatnot (I'll be traveling Wed evening)
Can’t seem to find anything applicable from searching for the message. Seems to be related to the earth function not being included in the upgrade/restore process?
Line 21 suggests that the extension does get added though. 🤷
And lines 34 suggests specifically that an `earth()` function is created.

Freso: I have a workaround for that, I can paste it when I’m back at the computer
