All the things are coming together wrt SB, the model + API + MB. Connecting all of them will be super fun

Last week, I worked a lot with alastairp to install the latest version of gaia into a docker image and run some experiments. Some PRs were opened based on some issues we found and were later resolved.

Thanks to his guidance, everything now runs fine.

I also did research on how to parallelize some processes in data preprocessing and started to develop these methods.

I worked on trying to compile an android version of essentia ready

It took some time to cross compile its dependencies and automate the process

but it seems to work

i am now working on the music extraction algortihm acousticbrainz uses to analyse audio files

I usually dismissed it because I assumed people would kill me

I'm okay with the idea of renaming it, but it really needs to be thoroughly checked beforehand.

So there's a clear reason to postpone until then at least

Btw, somewhat relatedly, what kind of changes to va would trigger such a thing? Only a rename?
