In MB we don't have a type for that kind of thing either iirc, we just mark it as "other". Have to be a bit careful using the word "promotional" as well, it leads to some trouble in MB

PS I think it can mean some different things in different languages/translations - I don't really consider something included with a purchase as "promotional". Promotional would be a free gift that encourages a separate purchase
