        <leftmostcatUTC-8> "We consider the translation..." <- Yeah, this is an important concept to be aware of that differs from other projects out there like OL, LibraryThing, and Wikidata. The translation is a separate Work in its own right.

I'd recommend using an OL edition id to lookup the cover art in OL since duplicate ISBN's can occur. A lot of the auto-imported cover art in OL tends to be very low-quality in my experience, which is unfortunate. Audiobook Editions may be connected to an MB Release, which provides another avenue to retrieve the cover art.
