Is this still digital media? I guess so, but it has packaging. Always something new.

Or is it music card?

I've seen it listed as digital media in the past (e.g. https://musicbrainz.org/release/a9b431bb-7283-4... or https://musicbrainz.org/release/980a4c54-ad65-4...)

But Music Card literally says "Card with a digital download code printed on it". Anyway, I just find it odd for a digital release to have packaging.

about the "withdrawn": In general I am still in favor of having this, I'm just not sure anymore it would be a good solution here. It would still require to duplicate all releases (to have one "withdrawn" and a new one), and IMHO we shouldn't duplicate them in this case. But either way, it would be better than the status quo.

I agree, in *this* case it might be better to just go with all renaming releases, the dduplication this will make is so annoying.

Honestly aside from commenting it's not like you can even really brigade on MB, since you have to have 10 accepted edits before you're able to vote (which will almost certainly take at least a week)

I was looking for a way to tell React that this and that HTML content had to be registered in its collection of things that React manages. So that they are included in React further page redraws. But apparently maybe this does not exist. See above link.

however it is not happy: it says There are no recordings, release groups, releases or tracks credited to only Joe Holmes & Len Graham.

However, I don't understand this message - the sole recording credited to these artists does seem to be credited to only this artist

That's what the "please edit all artist credits at the bottom of the aliases tab" bit is about

so, to split them I have to change credits to "Joe Holmes and Len Graham"?

or change the artist to that?

Just edit that artist credit, and split it

If you go to the artist's "aliases" tab you can see that artist credit

The main "split" action only splits stuff that literally matches the main artist name (it's a bit stupid)
