correction I found the search request but there isn't much info beyond the search string
the releases you submitted have been added to the database, so everyone can see them, but some of the subsequent edits will not be applied for 7 days to allow for other editors to review and vote on them

I've never used iTunes or Apple Music so I don't really know exactly. Basically the iTunes API just started returning Apple Music URLs, and then the iTunes URLs themselves began redirecting to Apple Music
