AnonJ241: renaming a file doesn't change the file type - even if you name it .ogg, it's still actually a webm file, and picard can't tag webm or matroska files right now.

Hello, I need some advice. I've uploaded details of my Audio Disk to an entry that already existed but only had a digital medium, I added the disk as a second medium and it labels it as Disk 2 which isn't quite right. Baa: Welcome! You are correct, you should add a new release for the CD instead
Fill out all the details for your release, and select the existing digital media release when you get to the ‘release duplicates’ tab. Then it will fill in the tracklist for you (assuming CD and digital have the same tracklist). So it should be pretty easy :)
