Is anyone having problems with picard loading covertart? It was working flawlessly until about 12 hours ago, it seems to be failing to retrieve a json file from archive.org: `CAA JSON error: Error transferring https://ia801604.us.archive.org/7/items/mbid-9e... - server replied: Not Found` for release
`9efc0a41-cfe7-4010-9030-8058bd822720`
that release is just an example, it's been failing to load for any recent coverart edits

ram93: works for me with other releases I tried (also with cover art I added yesterday), but same issue for the one you linked. Maybe the internet archive has some trouble with specific servers and it affects all covers loaded from there?

ram93: i'm seeing the same issue, may be related to some infrastructure changes we are currently in the middle, will let you know
When I did I removed all the extra title information that was in the track names to differentiate them from the regular versions of those songs. Since those were not in the album, it seemed irrelevant.
But I’m not sure it was the right call. I guess I’m little confused on the guidelines for extra title information. Thoughts?

If the extra title information is on the track listing on the release it should be included. But not the (Bonus Track) ones, and I think people would debate the "cover" ones. But definitely should include "(Plague Sessions)"
“Additional information on a release or track name that is not part of its main title, but intended to distinguish it from different releases or tracks with the same main title (such as version/remix names or live recording info), should be entered in parentheses after the main title.” I assumed that since there was no need to “distinguish” those tracks from the original ones in this release, the info was unnecessary.
But I don’t know why this was the correct way to interpret the guidelines, when it’s obviously not ^^’
Thanks Cheezmo_ !

Sounds like you got it now! Thanks for contributing!
Make sure and copy the ETI to the recordings too, that is where it is most import to make sure they don't get mixed up/used with other releases.
Looks like you got that first.

Yeah, I only removed the “(Plague Sessions)” mention from the tracks name. I kept it in the recordings :).

Got it, it should be on both as the rule for recordings is that the title should match the majority of releases it is used on.
