Is there a way/suggested place to report problems with Cover Art Archive? I have encountered a number of releases that are refusing to load coverart because index.json doesn't exist/won't load.

save the original(s), reup them and delete the 'bad' ones. if it's .gif, I convert them to .png (lossless and saves CAA some bytes).
