What's the normal way to link youtube music playlists to releases? "streaming page" or "stream for free"?

i'm not actually sure how youtube music works for that, is it region specific? :/

as far as i can tell, where i live, youtube music is "stream for free", but paying youtube premium does get you higher quality audio formats.

where did you get the fpcalc binary from? and are you sure it's actually an mp3 file? :)
