I was wondering if this is the place to report some inconsistencies within my listening history, like wrong track names that I haven't listened to, but they appear in my listening history because somehow they're wrongly associated

The FAQ doesn't say anything about it, or I'm not able to find it

There's the Listenbrainz channel specially made for this (no idea where to access it from the orc tho). But anyways, it's normal that some listens get badly linked, you can't always guess right. But you can relink them with the 3 dots > link with MusicBrainz

It's also retro active, so any listens that are submitted using the same data (scrobbler app, filename, URL, etc) are also modified. So it's not that bad to replace

nice, thank you ^^ - I see how it works though it can't be linked right now because the entry didn't exist in the database; I added the newest album just now though it will need some time to be reflected, and when it's done I'll link it properly :D

It's often like that. You do need to wait ~4 hours for the changes to be available
