Can/should I add a release once the release date is announced or should I wait for it to actually come out?

well, release date got officially announced, the album had been already lol

bwbuhse: you can even add a release when the release is announced too. when I do this, I'll usually just add a release group, unless I'm familiar with how the artist releases music, like if I know the artist always releases on Bandcamp or something
