Quick sanity check: would a Bandcamp release being published a few months after the other digital platforms a release is available on be enough of a reason to put it as its own release instead of adding the link to the existing digital release?

The only other real distinction I see is that the Bandcamp page doesn't mention a label at all (the other digital platforms do have a label), but I know label credits with digital releases can be messy so I wasn't super confident about that as a distinguishing factor.

also, there's no UPC on that Bandcamp release, which not everyone will split on, but I generally do. you can find it in the page source (when it's there) or using Harmony
streaming services require a UPC for music to be on there

Yeah I always split on different UPCs but am a little more unsure when it comes to UPC vs no UPC at all. When it comes to how inconsistent digital storefronts are it's always hard to tell what is intentional and what is just an artifact of wherever the release was posted 😅
