but anyways, I'm importing a release that has some songs that are not in English (and not being sung in English), but their titles were transliterated from Cyrillic (in this case) script to Latin. would it be alright to put the original scripted version instead of transliterated one?

not sure lol if lyrics were actually translated then yes, but in this case they basically did a cover of a traditional song that can't be translated, and thus the band (or label, who knows) decided to transliterate the title

I'm not super familiar with translated / transliterated releases but generally we credit things as they appear on the release, so if it appears with the latin script on the release or on the cover art that's how it should be credited
