How can I delete a track from a medium? 5/6 CDs have an untitled track at the end, but the 6th doesn't, but was incorrectly entered as having one. I can edit the name, but don't see how to delete the track.

if you can't delete a track, that release probably has a disc ID attached. Disc IDs must match the tracklist count exactly
