I would imagine it is fine to a) add recorded audio lectures onto MBz (I added one from 1994 by Eugene B. Sledge) and b) add AI voice covers with credits to the character and its voice actor (like the Plankton - Man in the Box cover)

I don't think it's possible to give a specific amount of time - if the original data is very good and the editor checks well but quickly, it shouldn't be a lot per release or whatnot

And if the editor just doesn't check properly and rushes, it will be little time at first, then they'll probably be banned and it will be a loong time instead :)
