fully automated editing without human review is against the rules, but you could use the seeding functionality to save a lot of work (similar to how Harmony and other importer tools make adding a release as simple as a couple of clicks)

How does one submit corrections for collections? There's a mistake on the bootleg compilation Lux & Ivy's Favorites, Volume 3 ... it incorrectly lists a track #31 called Buzzsaw Twist, but that's not actually a part of the compilation.
