What is the proper english capitalisation of "Moving on Up" ?

"Moving on Up" or "Moving On Up" ?

asI understand it it's a "phrasal verb" ? so capitalise ? not a native english speaker

in this case, "Moving On Up", since On is part of the verb, not used to introduce a preposition

now, if the song was about moving while riding a union-pacific train, then it would be "Moving on UP"

since in that case the "on" starts a prepositional phrase - "Moving where?" "on UP!"
