Say I have a musician playing at a venue every Monday at 7 PM. If the event doesn't have a name, and I use "Musician at Venue" should I use that name for every performance?
In other words, should both one performance, and the performance the next week both be titled simply "Musician at Venue" where the entries are differentiated by date, or would I differentiate them in another way as well?

<02UltimateRiff> [musician] at [venue] is a good name for cases like these. most times where events are shown in a list, it'll also show the date, so you should only add a disambiguation if they play two shows on the same day
I used it to retrieve popular recordings for a given list of artists from other methods, and then scrap the web for youtube links; I knew it was unstable

Ok, thanks!

isabelxxx: there is a new more stable endpoint. datasets is pre-alpha quality, so no surprise that endpoint went away. still looking where the new one ended up.

binzy: I'd do "musician at venue (date)" tbh. that way it's rally clear when it is (also it's similar to live-style ig?)

The date is shown everywhere the event is so I wouldn't :)
I mean, neither is wrong really, I just don't feel the need
maybe it's just my ND brain that just skims over numbers unless part of the name (sometimes thne too ffs)
a part of me 'd like some disambiguation note on those two first ones since i jsut read "the fish tankW on each and i'd be like ok? and thne see artists and location the same and jsut...
I'd like "Misery Addict at The Fish Tank aug 2010" or osmething
buut i do see your point actually
