Hey question. Was going to edit a release to have it include the license it was released under, and came across an interesting situation.

So, the release in question, when I last modified it a year or more back, it had some covert art. However, the cover art now seems to have been changed on the SoundCloud release. Since I don't have an idea as to when the cover art was changed, what would I do here? Make a new release, or add new cover art to the existing entry?

It should be a new release under the same RG. Altough not sure for the date

Sounds good. Curious then as to how I should make the disambiguation since on a first glance, it seems as though the cover art has been changed every the release was uploaded save for BandCamp.

Also, if I'm making a new release under the same release group, considering the URL the release is available has been unchanged, I take it I should apply the license to both releases, but I'm curious then if I should now also apply it to the Release Group

Any known outburst that could be related to not being able to upload this cover art or should I just wait a bit?

(worth noting that Internet Archive hosts the upload so if they have issues it affects them)
I'm trying to track down pre-2000s references to "Nerdcore"/"Nerd-core" (dispelling the notion that MC Frontalot coined the term). In fact, I've found numerous references to the term in the context of American punk bands as early as 1993, adjacent to other subgenres such as emocore and queercore.
