If several languages are used in the titles, choose the most common language. For releases where there's an equal mix of two or more languages and hence no obvious answer, 'Multiple Languages' may be the best choice. But remember that it is quite common for languages to borrow words and phrases, and so "Je ne sais quoi" in an English title does not make something multiple languages, nor do a few English words in a foreign language

title. (Some languages borrow quite extensively, and especially for Japanese, unless most of the titles are in other languages, Japanese is probably the best choice.)

If several scripts are used in the titles, choose the most common script. For releases where there's an equal mix of two or more scripts and hence no obvious answer, 'Multiple Scripts' may be the best choice. However, as the Latin script is common in many languages that primarily use another script, Latin should only be chosen if there are no more than one or two titles (or a few characters) in other scripts. For example, a Japanese

release with a mix of English and Japanese titles should normally use 'Japanese' as the script.

that section doesn't directly mention which part is referring to the script field
I would assume it's some kind of japanese script but I can't be sure

I would leave it blank

when i use atisket/harmony to get the release data, it gets the english title, which is a bit confusing because the title is `ボーナス\(^o^)/ ` and there's already a CD release classified in MB
the first “6” seems inconsistent with the man page, as well as all the trailing numbers → cddb-tool query "http://gnudb.gnudb.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi" 6 steven freebsd 50049106 6 150 13650 30633 44035 57101 73191 1171

ok, looking up an artist from the 90s called "Snappy" and the top result was a Person... "Snappy (furry? vocalist)" ... is that um... in the guidelines? lol

Searching for an artist "Snappy" and finding one with the name "Snappy" seems to be expected.

I'm assuming their music is furry stuff

do they only listen to a certain type of music that would make that pertinent?

i wasn't aware "furry" was a genre

So it's useful as a disambiguation to tell them apart from other artists

If releases, labels, music festivals, etc start popping up around the NY Yankees then it could indeed become a disambiguation! Furrys have them beat for now
