That feeling when you have added a big part of (the prominent at least) artists of a specific music scene and now adding songs is done more smoothly as you dont have to waste time adding new artists:)

I'm looking at this release: https://musicbrainz.org/release/7a5ee4b9-c34d-4... where the bonus disc has tracks mixed up where the 2nd and 3rd should be swapped regarding lengths. But the release has an discid attached, so I can't change that. How should I tackle this?

is there a proper / preferred release country to use for discogs's equivalent "Australasia"?

I don't know myself, and honestly I thought it was really just a discogs database convention, but now here I am looking directly at a release with "Australasia" clearly printed on it......

Huh. I really dunno why they couldn't be a more specific, but it's a "real" subregion I guess

I think it's the equivalent of something like "Benelux" which is also printed in some European releases

(or, well, "Europe")

DjSlash: If the track lengths are right but the titles are wrong, then I would re-use that release, with the existing discid, and just change the titles & recordings. If the track lengths are correct for the tracks as listed, then I would assume you have a different release and so add a new one.

crism: hmm, I see on discogs two releases, same catno and barcode. One with the correct tracktitle/length, although not in the order according the booklet: https://www.discogs.com/release/29900968-Room-E... and one with the swapped title/length https://www.discogs.com/release/1297795-Room-El...

Good ol’ Australasia

Ah, good old Australasia. Common term used for on music releases/labels and in Sports. Sometimes for flora and fauna. But yeah in MB just put Aus + NZ as release countries
