For a game soundtrack CD included in a collector’s edition of the game: would the packaging be set to the value for the full game bundle, or just the packaging the CD itself is in? I assume the former because guidelines say “outermost packaging”, but wasn’t sure if the fact that the outermost packaging isn’t primarily for the soundtrack release had an impact on that.
