it's possible that you can give sentry hints about how to merge specific errors
for example, for the service-startup-errors, there is a flag that we set that causes all events to be independent

I think it's 'cause the error title includes the file hash. I would hand-merge them but it didn't seem to learn from that. maybe improved in the new version though
